The Samsung Galaxy A20 is an entry-level smartphone announced in March 2019. It is equipped with a 6.2-inch IPS LCD screen with notch, an Exynos 7884 SoC supported by 3 GB of RAM and a 400 mAh battery.
Samsung will introduce a new mid-range smartphone next week. A video published by the Vietnamese branch of the company reveals the contours of the device. As surprising as it sounds, it seems very close to the Galaxy A20, the flagship of the Korean brand. There is an edge-to-edge screen with cut-out for the front camera. In contrast, the slab does not appear to be curved on the sides.
Samsung recently launched the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A30. In Russia, it officialized the Galaxy A20 in the future, whose entry features are supposed to allow it to be sold at a low price.
As we said recently, Samsung is preparing itself to beat mid-range entry. At MWC 2019, we discovered Samsung Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50, which we managed to take over.
However, the set is not complete. This morning, the Galaxy A40 appeared to be on the run. But in Russia, Samsung added another model to the official line announcement: Galaxy A20.
Note that compared to the Galaxy A50 and A30, the Galaxy A20 does not have Bixby features. This tells us that it can be released on an older version of Android, maybe 8, or that it will never benefit from the One UI interface.
