Description
Huawei P40 Pro is the company’s latest high-end smartphone, the latest Kirin 990 5G chipset, 6.58-inch Full HD display with rounded bezels and dual front camera. Huawei tends to use P-series models to showcase the company’s latest mobile camera technology, and the all-new P40 Pro, the flagship of the 2020 P-series, does not differ with the specifications and camera features that any tough competitor will find. the match. Let’s take a closer look.
The main camera
The main camera comes with a very large 1 / 1.28 MP Quad-Bayer sensor of 50 MP that produces 12 MP image output. As with other devices with similar sensors, you can use pixel aggregation to increase dynamic range and low illumination capabilities. The target displays an f / 1.9 aperture and a nominal focal length of 23mm; however, Huawei cuts the field of view to 27mm more conventional. Perhaps this decision was made to design a thinner camera unit, but it should also help reduce artifacts like soft corners and distortion. Optical image stabilization, which may be difficult to implement on large image sensors, is also present on board.
EMUI 10.1 on Android 10 without Google
Huawei P40 Pro is running EMUI 10.1. This is the latest version of Huawei Skin and is based on Android 10. It does not have Google services and cannot access the Play Store, but we think this is really old news. Huawei offers its new mobile services with Huawei’s AppGallery. More options are available, but we’ll talk about them shortly.
-Performance and standards
Huawei P40 Pro runs on the Kirin 990 5G chipset
– which has a slightly faster processor than the ordinary Kirin 990 chip other than the 5G that we worked with on the Mate 30 Pro.
